The yet unnamed, unseen King of the Goa Kingdom. He is similar to the other Nobles in the kingdom, as he hired the Bluejam Pirates to burn the Gray Terminal in order to make the kingdom more appealing to the arriving World Nobles, with the promise to make them Nobles, where later he went back on his word and even used them as scapegoats, while complaining about the sky being bright at night due to the fire the crew set, leading to his servants to close the curtains.
